This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, why, and who helps us handle it.

Who we are

This website (mymobilemanager.ai) is run by My Mobile Manager, LLC, based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Questions about this policy or your information go to contact@mymobilemanager.ai.

What we collect and why

You can browse the site without giving us any personal information. We only receive what you choose to send:

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional), and message. We use them to read your message and reply to you. The form is sent to our team as an email.
  • Chat with Mira. Mira is an AI assistant. The messages you type are sent to our AI provider so it can write a reply. We don't ask for your name or email to chat, and we don't send them to the AI provider.
  • "Talk to a human." Only if you click this and fill in the form, we receive your name, your email address, and the transcript of that chat, sent to our team as an email so someone can follow up.
  • Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic browser information when you visit. We use your IP address, through our hosting provider, to limit abuse of the contact form and chat (spam checks and rate limits).

Who helps us (service providers)

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and provides security, including Turnstile, the check that tells people from bots on the contact form and when you start a chat. Turnstile loads a script from Cloudflare and looks at browser and device signals. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Anthropic generates Mira's chat replies from the messages in your conversation. Anthropic's privacy policy.
  • Resend delivers contact form messages and "Talk to a human" requests to our team's inbox. Resend's privacy policy.

These providers handle your information to provide their service to us, under their own policies.

What we don't do

  • No analytics or visitor tracking.
  • No advertising, and no ad networks or tracking pixels.
  • We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
  • We don't set cookies, and the site doesn't save anything in your browser's storage. The chat conversation lives only in the open page and is gone when you close or reload it. (If you used an older version of the chat that saved your name and email in your browser, the site now deletes that saved copy.)

Cloudflare's security services may use their own short-lived security cookies or similar signals to block bots and attacks. Those are set by Cloudflare for security, not by us for tracking.

How long we keep it

  • Emails. Contact form messages and "Talk to a human" requests arrive in our inbox and are kept there as normal business correspondence, like any email you send us.
  • Chats. Our website doesn't save chat conversations in a database or file. Each message is passed to Anthropic to get a reply and then discarded by our server. A chat transcript is only kept if you choose "Talk to a human," in which case it arrives as an email (see above).
  • Our service providers may keep limited records (for example, security or delivery logs) under their own policies.

Your choices

  • You can use the site, and chat with Mira, without giving us your name or email.
  • You can email us at contact@mymobilemanager.ai instead of using the form or chat.
  • To ask what we have about you, or to have us delete it, email contact@mymobilemanager.ai. We'll delete your messages from our inbox unless we need to keep them for legal or business reasons, and confirm when it's done.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
