My Mobile Manager

Better data, faster decisions for the workplace.

Mobile reporting, business intelligence, technology integration, and AI consulting — purpose-built for organizations delivering operational services across distributed sites.

What we do

A platform and a partner for the workplaces we run.

We build the technology that operational services teams use every day — and we consult on the harder problems that don't fit a product.

Platform

My Mobile Manager

One platform, three core capabilities. Built for distributed, on-site work.

Mobile Reporting

Drag-and-drop forms and surveys deployed to field teams by location and role. Replace spreadsheets and email with structured, GPS-verified data capture.

Business Intelligence

Real-time dashboards across teams, sites, and dates. Filter, export, automate scheduled reports — and spot issues before they become problems.

People Management

GPS-based mission deployment, online or offline. Field teams receive what they need, when they need it, and you see what was done, where, and when.

Services

Consulting on the harder problems.

Where the platform ends, our team picks up. Custom integration and AI work tailored to operational realities.

Technology Integration

Connect the systems your operation already runs on — access control, ticketing, vendor portals, BI — into one source of truth and one reporting story.

AI Consulting

Decide where AI is worth applying to your operation, prove it out, and scale what works. From readiness assessments to production assistants.

How the platform works

People, Places, and Missions.

Three steps that replace the spreadsheet, the email thread, and the end-of-week PDF. Real-time, structured, accountable.

  1. 01

    Create a Mission

Build structured forms and surveys with a drag-and-drop interface. Eleven question types, conditional logic, sectioning, instructions, place-based assignment.

  2. 02

    Complete the Mission

Field teams receive missions on mobile, online or offline. GPS-aware, multi-mission, with photo capture, barcode scanning, and saved drafts when connectivity drops.

  3. 03

    Analyze the Results

Review on a real-time dashboard. Filter by task, team, place, and date. Export to CSV, Excel, PDF. Automate scheduled reports. Plug into your BI stack.

Built for the operational floor

The everyday work the platform was designed to capture.

Mail & Package Tracking

Intelligent intake, routing, chain-of-custody, and recipient notification.

Personal Package Lockers

Smart locker assignment, access codes, audit trail.

Reception & Visitor Management

Pre-registration, badging, host alerts, event flows.

Conference & Meeting Rooms

Booking, setup verification, post-meeting checks.

Hoteling & Shared Spaces

Reservations, occupancy, cleanliness verification.

Inventory Management

Counts, transfers, reorder thresholds, photo evidence.

Site Health Checks

Recurring audits, exception reporting, corrective action.

Real-time Team Communication

Mission alerts, acknowledgments, escalation paths.

Why MMM

From scattered spreadsheets to structured, real-time intelligence.

Today

Without MMM

  • Inaccurate Data. Spreadsheets are prone to user error and quietly drift from reality.
  • Heavy Admin Burden. Hours spent organizing and analyzing thousands of fragmented files.
  • No Compliance Assurance. No timestamps, no photos, no GPS — no defensible audit trail.
  • Lack of Central Database. Data scattered across spreadsheets, notes, and email threads.
With MMM

What changes

  • Faster Decisions. Real-time reporting means you act on today, not last week.
  • Centralized Database. One source of truth across teams, sites, and time.
  • Instant Deployment. Push a mission to the field in minutes, not days.
  • Better Data. Photo documentation and GPS stamping verify what was actually done.

About

We started where the work happens.

My Mobile Manager began as a mobile reporting platform for organizations running operational services on the ground — mailrooms, reception desks, meeting spaces, distributed support teams. The kind of work that's easy to underestimate and hard to measure.

Our job is making data actionable — turning what happens on the floor into decisions that move the operation forward.

We've spent years building the data and reporting tools those teams use every day. Today we apply that same discipline to harder problems — integrating fragmented systems, and helping operations leaders figure out where AI is actually worth applying.

The platform is proven. The consulting is where the next decade of gains in operational services will come from. We do both because both matter.

Tell us what you're trying to measure.

Whether you're rolling out a new operation, untangling a stack you inherited, or testing where AI fits — we'd like to hear about it.
